This gave me expertise in transformation and change management, but also the conviction that success is all about people.

Having started in creative fields, I see transformation as a collective work to be brought to life through the combined talents of a community of change artisans. 

Since 2023 I am an entrepreneur: through my consulting and speaking engagements, I’ve been passionate about inspiring others and sharing my expertise and positive energy. 

My playground has always been international, but I also enjoy collaborating with teams in Paris and the Northwest France. 

As a catalyst for both organizational transformation and team fulfillment, I guide leaders from charting their strategic course to designing the right organization and navigating their roadmap.
